无锡市东舟船舶附件有限公司成立于1995年，2016年股改更名为无锡市东舟船舶设备股份有限公司（新三板代码839012，注册资金5018万），已获得ISO9001质量、ISO14001环境管理、ISO45001职业健康安全和GB/T 29490-2013知识产权管理体系认证和江苏省计量保证确认资质。公司现有发明专利49项，实用新型专利34项，软著2项，起草并发布了1项国际标准（ISO 17941-2015(E)）和2项行业标准（CB/T 4273-2013、CBT 4274-2013）。2014年公司“液压铰链式防火水密门”产品在“981石油钻井平台”项目上获得国家科学技术进步奖特等奖，2018年获得中国标准创新贡献奖-标准项目奖一等奖，2020年获得“无锡市专利奖金奖”荣誉，2022年获得江苏省专精特新中小企业称号，2023年获得国家专精特新小巨人企业称号。
